Novak is the name of this latest belt design - and its name pays homage to the elegant style of its namesake 50's screen goddess. You can imagine this supple light saffiano textured belt cinching in the waist of a high waisted dress or adorning the waist of a pencil leg trouser (but don't worry Gentlemen, Jimmy Stewart would also look great wearing this on a smart tailored trouser so this is for you too). The leather used for this style is a real classic, introducing a hint of subtle saffiano like texture to an elegant mid shine leather. We have intentionally made this belt with a thinner construction so it feels extra light weight and will mould easily to the body. This 'Hot Tomato' tone clearly makes a bit of a statement but a red belt is a real wardrobe essential, one to turn to whenever you feel like livening up or adding a pop of colour to a more sombre toned outfit. Perfect on black, greys and Navy and come summer a wonderful companion to whites and linen tones too. Of course you were probably also drawn to this style by the rather original and very cool interlocking C design buckle! With its fluid slimline shape and smooth cambered edges it certainly is distinctive. We love the way it hugs the line of the belt keeping thing neat and tidy. The buckle finish is also important - we have used a satin silver finish which gives the belt a subtle but crisp look. The end result...a pretty special belt that you could wear casually or as the centre piece to an outfit!
